Private Sessions

Private Sessions are a great way to improve your running form, to work on your technique or to get a refresher after a workshop.  Private sessions can be tailored to your specific needs.  In the sessions you can be guided through the techniques taught during the half day workshop, work on specific running form techniques or we can go for a run and work on the techniques during a run.

Sessions can be scheduled during evening or on weeks

Sessions will be conducted in the areas around Surrey, BC

Note that it will take at least two session to cover everything that is taught in the half day workshops.
